Sendero Gardens Cooperative is a luxury residential co-op development located on 760 acres of pristine Hill Country land. Our vision is to blend upscale rural living with a strong sense of community, environmental stewardship, and shared ownership. The co-op model enables residents to co-own the land and amenities while retaining private homes, ensuring long-term investment value, ecological preservation, and community cohesion. Residents enjoy 50-acres each of privacy per home site, in addition to private access to 160-acres of designed gardens, an equestrian center, trails, and wellness center.
CUSTOMER ANALYSIS
All guests are welcomed at Crevel Gardens, and we do not discriminate based on race, sexuality, religion, or ethnicity. We are targeting Texans of all walks of life with the same appreciation for the native environment and architecturally driven spaces.
Our target guests are leisure travelers without kids. Guests from nearby Austin and San Antonio make up the majority of guests being within three hours of the metropolitan center. Oak & Arrow’s guest accommodations appeal to native Texans and expats, particularly the current surge of Californian and other out-of-state expats. Recent demographic trends power the urgency for a modern retreat sticking true to regional design values. A modern retreat in the Hill Country will be national destination in comparison to Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, or Sonoma.
MARKETING STRATEGY
The main business objective and marketing goal of CREVEL’s casita rental program is to drive revenue by meeting 75% occupancy during year one and improve to 85% by year five. This goal will be managed through the following methods:
General outreach to the followers and customers of the garden as a whole
Enhanced Instagram account with dynamic images of the gardens that reference our accommodations
List rentals on high end OTA marketplaces such as Airbnb Luxe
Provide notifications and impromptu booking to garden members mailing list and social media followers
Offer a selection of incentive packages to persuade longer stays
Crevel Garden’s website features a minimal yet expansive design and a booking engine that is mobile-friendly. The website will be optimized through search engines such as Google. The website will be an all encompassing site for all aspects of the preservation. Viewers visiting the website for garden interests will naturally see information and prompts for the guest accommodations.
Bookings are preferred exclusively through the website to minimize revenue spent on hosting platforms and other OTA marketplaces. Crevel’s target hosting platform is Airbnb Luxe. Through OTA marketplaces, bookings will require a two night minimum stay to ensure full occupancy on weekends.
Instagram — @crevelgardens — will be used as the preservation’s single social media platform. A creative mix of well-shot photos will attract and increase the number of followers. Users brought to our social media account through garden interest and floral gifting will see that we’re more than just a garden.
